Job Overview

Feng Yen Chang is hiring Caretaker bound for Taiwan!

Feng Yen Chang is seeking compassionate and responsible Caretakers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Caretaker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities and personal care. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caretaker or in a similar role, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and best practices.
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting or assisting clients.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Professional and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to family members or medical professionals.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar
• Ability to travel internationally
