As a Project Manager at Worley Engineering Pty Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of projects in the United Arab Emirates. Your role will involve leading project teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy, chemicals, or resources industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in project management.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading and directing multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors to establish project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Providing regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Leading project meetings, workshops, and reviews to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
• Resolving conflicts, addressing challenges, and making timely decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Conducting post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
