The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff and customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certificate or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food orders.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and compliance with licensing regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, such as promoting special menu items and optimizing table turnover.
• Collaborate with the bakery management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and other performance metrics to assess restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas into restaurant operations to enhance the overall dining experience.
