We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Eyelash Technician who specializes in delivering premium eyelash extension services. The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented professional dedicated to providing personalized beauty experiences for our clients. Experience in waxing, manicures and pedicures is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Provide high-quality eyelash extension services tailored to clients’ preferences and needs.
- Recommend suitable eyelash styles to complement clients’ facial features and personal style.
- Assess the condition of clients’ eyelashes and provide aftercare recommendations for maintenance and health.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Manage treatment schedules efficiently to start and complete services on time.
- Suggest appropriate home care products to enhance lash health and longevity.
- Stay updated with the latest eyelash trends and techniques.
- Perform various eyelash techniques such as Russian full set, half set, lash lifts, classic complete sets, volume/mega volume, and angel cut lashes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or Eyelash Technician.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in providing eyelash extension services.
- Expertise in advanced eyelash techniques, including lash lifting and volume lash applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of beauty products, trends, and personalized beauty services.
- Ability to understand and cater to individual client requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional client service.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays based on client demand.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
