Glenorie Bakery Holdings Pty Ltd in partnership with 1st Dynamic Personnel Resources Inc. is hiring butcher bound for Australia!

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and portioning meats, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter in a retail or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques, including portioning and preparation.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Certificate or qualification in Meat Processing or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cuts of meat according to customer specifications, including trimming, slicing, and grinding.
• Operate meat processing equipment such as slicers, grinders, and saws safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment, including proper storage and handling of meat products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Receive and inspect incoming meat shipments for quality and freshness.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
