Qualifications

• Previous experience as a car detailer or auto detailer is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in vehicle cleaning and detailing.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and reaching, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, using appropriate cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery, clean and condition leather surfaces, wipe down dashboard and interior panels, and remove stains and odors as needed.
• Wash and wax vehicle exteriors, clean wheels and tires, polish chrome and metal surfaces, and remove tar, bugs, and other debris.
• Perform paint correction procedures, such as polishing and buffing, to remove scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections from vehicle paint surfaces.
• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility for drivers.
• Clean and maintain detailing equipment, such as buffers, polishers, and vacuum cleaners, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure that all cleaning and detailing tasks have been completed to company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, address any concerns or special requests, and provide information about additional detailing services.
