Ruixing Culture Communication Guangzhou Co Ltd is seeking a talented and passionate Drummer to join our entertainment team in China. This position involves performing at various venues and events, providing energetic and precise drumming performances. This job is an approved order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a drummer in a professional setting.
• Versatility in performing different musical genres.
• Strong stage presence and the ability to engage with an audience.
• Excellent musical technique and rhythm.
• Ability to read music and/or play by ear.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by performance schedules.
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of musical genres at different venues and events.
• Collaborate with other musicians, singers, and performers to deliver exceptional shows.
• Participate in rehearsals to prepare for performances.
• Maintain and tune your drum set and related equipment.
• Engage with the audience to create an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Ensure professional stage presence and performance attire.
• Adhere to performance schedules and call times.
• Represent Ruixing Culture Communication professionally during all performances and public appearances.
