Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in electrical engineering, design, or related field is required.
• Professional engineering license or certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software tools and applications.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Previous experience in the energy, chemicals, or resources industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components for engineering projects.
• Conducting feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk analyses to ensure project viability and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical solutions into overall project designs.
• Developing electrical specifications, drawings, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Providing technical support and expertise to project teams and clients throughout all project phases.
• Conducting site inspections, tests, and evaluations to verify electrical system performance and reliability.
• Identifying and addressing technical challenges, deviations, and discrepancies to ensure project success.
• Participating in the evaluation and selection of electrical equipment, materials, and technologies.
• Contributing to the development of innovative solutions and best practices in electrical engineering.
