Job Overview

Ase Inc Chung-li Branch is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

ASE Inc Chung-li Branch is seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of semiconductor manufacturing services, including engineering test, IC assembly, wafer probing, final test, and design manufacturing services (DMS). This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as engineering test, IC assembly, wafer probing, final test, and design manufacturing services (DMS).
• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
