Episil Technologies Inc. is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Episil Technologies Inc. is looking for committed and diligent Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Follow production schedules and perform tasks according to standard operating procedures.
• Assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Package and label products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
