Gus Technology Co Ltd is seeking diligent and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. This position involves performing various tasks in the manufacturing process to ensure the efficient production of goods. This job is an approved order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
