Turkish Hospital is seeking skilled and compassionate Female Nurses to join our esteemed medical team in Qatar. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings within the hospital. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license and registration in the Philippines.
• Proven experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-oriented approach with a strong sense of professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist in coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay current with medical practices and standards.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar
• Ability to travel internationally
