Position: General Helper

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; however, experience in cleaning or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and team members.
• Strong work ethic and reliability to fulfill assigned duties consistently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate openly with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of cleaning and disinfection procedures under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
• Support the setup and breakdown of equipment and supplies for disinfection services.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks efficiently and meet service requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment.
