The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations, ensuring effective product presentation, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and store teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Skills

• Ability to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Effective leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate the merchandising team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, store teams, and senior management.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management, product presentation, and reporting.
