The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing pastry recipes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and collaborating with our team to deliver an outstanding bakery experience.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a bakery, patisserie, or restaurant environment.
• Strong pastry skills and creativity, with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and finishing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire pastry staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pastry recipes, including cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts, that meet our bakery’s standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastry items, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every product.
• Decorate and garnish pastries and desserts creatively, using various techniques to enhance their visual appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Train and supervise pastry staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Stay updated on pastry trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas into menu development and product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers to address any inquiries or special requests related to pastries and desserts.
