The Paver Roller Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining paving rollers to compact asphalt or concrete surfaces. This role involves skilled operation of heavy equipment, ensuring the proper compaction and smoothness of paved surfaces according to project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience operating paving rollers or similar heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of paving techniques, materials, and compaction requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate paving rollers to compact asphalt or concrete surfaces efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve the desired compaction levels and surface finishes.
• Inspect paved surfaces for proper compaction, smoothness, and adherence to project specifications.
• Make adjustments to the roller operation as necessary to correct any defects or inconsistencies in the paved surface.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the roller, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
