Alliance One Apparel Co., Ltd. in partnership with 10th Story Placement Agency, Inc. is hiring Production Manager’s bound for Vietnam.

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the apparel production processes, ensuring efficient operations, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in the apparel manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production management or a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, technologies, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
