Alliance One Apparel Co., Ltd. in partnership with 10th Story Placement Agency, Inc. is hiring QA/QC Manager’s bound for Vietnam.

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within the apparel manufacturing or retail organization. This role involves developing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, managing the QA/QC team, and collaborating with production, design, and sourcing teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Science, Apparel Design, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems, tools, and methodologies.

Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles, practices, and tools specific to the apparel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate quality metrics, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
• Effective leadership and team management skills to guide and develop the QA/QC team and foster a culture of quality excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and convey quality expectations and requirements.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance activities.
