Alliance One Apparel Co., Ltd. in partnership with 10th Story Placement Agency, Inc. is hiring Research and Development Manager’s bound for Vietnam.

The Research and Development (R&D) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the research and development activities within the organization. This role involves identifying new opportunities for product innovation, overseeing R&D projects, managing the R&D team, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project execution and innovation.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging trends in the relevant field.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire, guide, and develop the R&D team.
• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure effective project execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep technical expertise in the relevant field to guide R&D activities and contribute to problem-solving and innovation.
