Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the engineering or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the United Arab Emirates market, with experience working in the region preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
