Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in the public or private sector.
• Professional engineering license or chartered status (or eligibility to obtain) is required.
• Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project management methodologies and software.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in engineering practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and environmental impacts.
• Develop engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to establish project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including junior engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Monitor project progress, review construction activities, and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, proposals, and documentation for project submissions and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
