As a Spa Therapist at Blue Boutique Hotel LLC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing professional and personalized spa treatments. You will be responsible for delivering a range of therapeutic and relaxation-focused services aimed at promoting wellness and rejuvenation for our esteemed guests.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and body therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding professional standards of conduct.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs with skill and precision.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to determine their specific needs and preferences.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to address individual concerns and goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and guest service at all times, fostering a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.
• Educate guests on the benefits of various spa treatments and recommend appropriate products for home care.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the spa industry, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with spa reception duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and answering inquiries.
