Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Previous clinical experience working as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in diverse settings.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients of all ages.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers, to deliver holistic care to clients.
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout the therapy process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
