Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, preferably in a variety of settings (e.g., hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
