Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications engineering, with expertise in designing and implementing telecommunications systems and networks.
• Proficiency in telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards, such as VoIP, LTE, 5G, and IP networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Project management skills and experience managing telecommunications projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement telecommunications systems and networks, including voice, data, and video transmission technologies.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine telecommunications infrastructure requirements and feasibility.
• Plan and oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of telecommunications equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and network problems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated telecommunications solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in telecommunications engineering and technology.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and end-users.
