A TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welder at Trust Project Services D.O.O. specializes in using the TIG welding process to join metal components with precision and finesse. This role demands expertise in TIG welding techniques, a meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality welds for various applications.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in TIG welding is preferred.
• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality welds.
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques, including the ability to weld various metals, such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
• Strong knowledge of welding principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate TIG welding equipment to fuse metal components, ensuring clean, precise, and high-quality welds.
• Select appropriate welding parameters, such as current, voltage, and shielding gas, based on the type and thickness of the metal being welded.
• Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit-up and alignment of components.
• Remove any contaminants, such as rust, oil, or debris, from the workpieces to ensure optimal weld quality.
