As a Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in providing attentive service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to service standards.
• Monitor guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and take additional orders or address any issues as needed.
• Prepare and present guests’ bills accurately and process payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
