Are you passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding service? Sunset Beach Bistro Plus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters in Malaysia. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in providing attentive service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or additional requests.
• Prepare and present guests’ bills accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow.
