Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? Shiso Burger is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Waitresses in Qatar. As a Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining journey.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every guest.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing menus and explaining specials as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or additional requests.
• Prepare and present guests’ bills accurately and process payments using cash, credit cards, or other accepted methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
