Trust Project Services D.O.O. in partnership with 7107 Islands Placement and Promotions Inc. is hiring (MIG/MAG) Welder’s bound for Croatia!

A Welder specializing in MIG/MAG (Metal Inert Gas/Metal Active Gas) welding at Trust Project Services D.O.O. is responsible for joining metal components using the MIG/MAG welding process. This role requires expertise in MIG/MAG welding techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds efficiently.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in MIG/MAG welding is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Welder specializing in MIG/MAG welding, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality welds.
• Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding techniques, including the ability to weld various metals, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Strong knowledge of welding principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG/MAG welding equipment to fuse metal components, ensuring strong, clean, and consistent welds.
• Select appropriate welding parameters, such as wire speed, voltage, and shielding gas, based on the type and thickness of the metal being welded.
• lean and prepare metal surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit-up and alignment of components.
• Remove any contaminants, such as rust, oil, or debris, from the workpieces to ensure optimal weld quality.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, such as visual inspection or dye penetrant testing, to verify weld integrity.
