We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Workers to join our team at Asj Components (M) Sdn Bhd. This position is approved by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and is specifically open to Filipino workers who are looking to work in Malaysia. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks in the production line, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Factory Worker or in a similar role in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate and work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in the production line according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Assemble, inspect, and package electronic components and products.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and recording materials and products.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
