DDG Glass Mfg Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated and reliable Factory Workers to join our team in Malaysia. This position involves various tasks in the manufacturing process to ensure the efficient production of glass products. This job is an approved order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the glass manufacturing process.
• Assist in the production, processing, and finishing of glass products.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
