Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in an engineering role is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA, for 2D and 3D modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.

Job Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers and project managers in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Assist in conducting research, data analysis, and technical assessments to support project planning and decision-making.
• Participate in the design and development of engineering solutions, systems, and components, under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and other design tools.
• Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation activities to verify design concepts and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and vendors, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and resource management to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in engineering.
