Glenorie Bakery Holdings Pty Ltd in partnership with 1st Dynamic Personnel Resources Inc. is hiring baker bound for Australia!

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and cakes, to our customers’ satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery or pastry shop.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certificate or qualification in Baking or Pastry Arts (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products, including bread, rolls, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes and procedures.
• Operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters, safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature, texture, and appearance of baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation and equipment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely production of baked goods.
• Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in all bakery products.
