Are you proficient in CAD software and passionate about engineering design? MTC Co Ltd is seeking a skilled CAD Engineer to join our team in Japan. As a CAD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and models to support engineering projects across multiple sectors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
• Previous experience in CAD design, drafting, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Japanese and English languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and schematics based on project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.
• Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Generate bill of materials (BOM) and other documentation necessary for procurement and construction activities.
• Coordinate with other members of the engineering team to integrate CAD models with other design software and tools as needed.
• Provide support and assistance to project teams throughout the design and construction phases, addressing any CAD-related issues or inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest CAD software updates, features, and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
