Social Welfare Corporation Miyukikai is hiring Caregiver bound for Japan!

Social Welfare Corporation Miyukikai is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Japan. This role involves providing essential care and support to elderly residents and individuals with disabilities. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of caregiving practices and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting residents.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to undergo training in caregiving practices and Japanese language if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring residents from beds to wheelchairs.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Administer medication and monitor residents’ health under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Engage residents in activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
• Record and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
