We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing a wide range of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find practical solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that all activities are conducted according to project plans and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and specifications.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Work closely with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to integrate engineering elements into comprehensive project plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project progress, including any modifications or challenges encountered.
