Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, with expertise in design, construction, or project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation, for drafting and design.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
• Professional engineering license or certification (or eligibility to obtain) is desirable.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in engineering practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure systems.
• Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies to assess project requirements, constraints, and environmental impacts.
• Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize project designs and address technical challenges.
• Monitor construction activities, review progress, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and documentation for project submissions and approvals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and project team members.
