We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Chalkwest Pty Ltd. This position is approved by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and is specifically open to Filipino workers who are looking to work in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving our customer service operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Qualifications

  • Valid passport and willingness to relocate and work in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures.
  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer service operations and performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service approach.
