We are currently seeking dedicated Domestic Helpers to join our team and support households across the United Arab Emirates. As a Domestic Helper, you will be responsible for providing a range of household services to ensure the smooth running of our clients’ homes. From cleaning and cooking to childcare and eldercare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in domestic work preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform household tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children and elderly individuals.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and household needs.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide necessary documentation for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various household tasks including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Prepare and cook meals according to the preferences and dietary requirements of the household.
• Provide childcare services including supervision, playtime, and assistance with homework.
• Assist with eldercare tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for the household.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all household members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations while representing the organization in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
