Job Overview

Chengming Molds Ind Corp is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Chengming Molds Ind Corp is currently seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality molds. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in mold production.
• Assist in the manufacturing process, including assembly, finishing, and inspection.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished molds for defects and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Package and prepare molds for shipping according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
