Job Overview

Cooler Master Co Ltd is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Cooler Master Co Ltd is looking for hardworking and dedicated Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in the production and assembly of high-quality computer hardware and cooling solutions. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Assemble computer hardware components and cooling solutions according to detailed specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
