Dong An Development Company Limited is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Dong An Development Company Limited is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced, inspected, and packaged according to our high-quality standards. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assist in the production and assembly of products following detailed specifications and instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
