Great Fitness Industrial Co., Ltd. in partnership with 10th Story Placement Agency, Inc. is hiring Factory Worker’s bound for Taiwan!

The Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks related to the manufacturing and assembly of fitness equipment and accessories. This role involves working as part of a team to ensure efficient production processes, quality control, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Natural born Filipino Citizen
• 18-49 years of age (or it depends to employer’s requirements.)
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in manufacturing settings.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects as required in a factory environment.
• Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and equipment and following safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate components and parts to produce fitness equipment and accessories according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to support production processes and meet production targets.
• Inspect finished products and components for defects, damages, or inconsistencies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors or quality control personnel for resolution.
