Job Overview

Hong Deh Enterprise Co Ltd is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Hong Deh Enterprise Co Ltd is seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in the precision manufacturing processes using CAM Turning, CNC Turning, and Cutting & Tapping Machines. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in precision manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation, especially CAM and CNC turning.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the precision manufacturing processes including CAM Turning, CNC Turning, and operation of Cutting & Tapping Machines.
• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
