Job Overview

Mei Ruey Industrial Co Ltd is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Mei Ruey Industrial Co., Ltd. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of the manufacturing process for extrusion press and whole plant equipment. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably in the machinery industry, is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment used in extrusion press manufacturing.
• Assist in various manufacturing processes, including but not limited to hot log shear, log cutting, die heating, and finishing.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
