Job Overview

Photronics DNP Mask Corp is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Photronics DNP Mask Corp is seeking diligent and dedicated Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality photomasks. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assist in the production of photomasks according to detailed specifications and instructions.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
