Shing Ling Sewing Machine Company Limited is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Shing Ling Sewing Machine Company Limited is seeking dedicated Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality sewing machines. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sewing machines and related equipment.
• Assist in the assembly and production of sewing machines according to specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished sewing machines for defects and accuracy.
• Package and prepare sewing machines for shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
