Sing Wei Technologies Co Ltd is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Sing Wei Technologies Co Ltd is seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our production team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled, tested, and packaged according to our high-quality standards. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assemble products and components according to detailed specifications and instructions.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package products and prepare them for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management.
• Participate in training sessions and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Valid passport with no less than 12 months validity
• Ability to travel internationally
