Job Overview

Sunny Pharmtech Inc is hiring Factory Worker bound for Taiwan!

Sunny Pharmtech Inc. is seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team in Taiwan. As a Factory Worker, you will play an essential role in the production and assembly of pharmaceutical products. This position is an approved job order by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Filipino workers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Assist in the manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical products, including oral and injectable dosage forms.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
• Package and label products accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
